You Live in a Piece of History

Your home has a long story, and you're writing its next chapter. You want warmer rooms, lower heating and cooling bills and clear views through fresh glass, without losing the look that makes your home special.

That's the work we love most. We replace historic windows and doors with new, energy-efficient units matched to your home's original profile, proportions and details.

Matched or custom-replicated

If a standard design doesn't fit, we can replicate your current windows exactly or design something fully custom to your specifications. We welcome the quirks of older buildings. From double-hung windows on traditional homes to casements on midcentury modern designs, we bring both standard and one-of-a-kind solutions.

Guided start to finish

We work early with homeowners, architects, general contractors and facilities managers. We measure every opening on site, provide samples and rapid prototypes, and help you navigate National Park Service standards and conversations with local historic commissions.

Historic Restoration Questions

Will new windows pass my historic district's review?

We help you prepare the specifications and samples that historic commissions ask for, and we follow National Park Service guidelines for historic properties. Final approval rests with your local commission.

Can you match windows that aren't made anymore?

Often, yes. We measure every opening and can custom-replicate profiles, divided lites and casings, or provide a prototype before the full order.

Will I still get better energy efficiency?

Yes. New units bring modern glass and seals while keeping the historic look, which means warmer rooms and lower heating and cooling bills.

Which areas do you serve?

Homes across Southern Oregon from our Grants Pass and White City showrooms, including Medford, Ashland and Jacksonville.
