These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mitchellwindowanddoor.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program offered by Mitchell Window & Door ("Mitchell," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Our Services

Mitchell sells, services and installs windows and doors throughout Southern Oregon. Information on the Site, including product descriptions, photos, features and availability, is provided for general information. Products, finishes and specifications are set by the manufacturers and may change without notice. Colors and finishes may look different on screen than in person, so we encourage you to see samples at one of our showrooms by appointment.

Estimates, Quotes and Contracts

• Estimates and price information on or through the Site, our chat assistant, by phone or by text are not binding offers.
• Final pricing, scope of work, schedules, payment terms and warranties are set only in a written agreement signed by you and Mitchell.
• If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
• Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers. Any workmanship warranty from Mitchell is described in your written agreement.

Appointments

Our showrooms are working showrooms, and most days our team is installing jobs or doing estimates. Please call to set an appointment before visiting. Appointment times requested through the Site, chat or text are confirmed only when our team confirms them with you.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Mitchell Window & Door about your inquiry, appointments, estimates, project updates and, if you choose, occasional offers.

Website Chat Assistant

The Site includes an automated chat assistant that uses artificial intelligence. Its answers are for general information only and may contain mistakes. Nothing the assistant says is a quote, a promise or a binding agreement. Please confirm important details with our team.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate anyone
• Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to gain unauthorized access to it

Licensing

Mitchell Window & Door is a licensed Oregon contractor, Oregon CCB #163591. You can verify a contractor's license with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
